Why start a process of Health Coaching?


Simple...  Because you want to make changes in your lifestyle that will improve your overall health and you are looking for support, encouragement and education.   


What can you expect from our sessions together?


I generally recommend a package of sessions to be scheduled over a 1-3 month period to start.  Change takes time, and slow change is the easiest type of change to sustain.  Any new commitments or practices that you begin need to work with your lifestyle and I'm here to keep you motivated and clear in your intentions.  


For new clients I recommend starting with a package of 4 sessions including 1 Introductory Session which can be up to an hour and a half, and 3 half hour follow up sessions.

Not sure if Health Coaching is right for you?  Or just have a few questions about how this works?  I offer a free 20 minute zoom or phone call to all new clients, so we can get to know each other and see if it's a good fit.

For your first session plan for 60-90 minutes.  Before your session I will send you a few forms to fill out so that during our session we can have a thorough conversation about where you are at and where you want to be.

Your 3 half hour Follow Up sessions can be scheduled according to your desired frequency.  If we need to schedule a longer appointment we can combine 2 sessions for an hour appointment.

In our sessions we can tap into any or all of these tools.


Ayurveda is the sister Science to Yoga.  It translates as the "wisdom of life" and offers knowledge on how to cultivate a healthy lifestyle that is in balance with your personal history and needs.  Rather than focusing on symptoms, Ayurveda aims to understand the root cause of your current health and mental state.  Using natural remedies like herbs, diet and exercise, the wisdom of Ayurveda can help clients to cultivate a lifestyle that is not only supportive, but vibrant and enjoyable.


 Yoga is both a philosophy and set of practices that increase self-awareness and cultivate personal growth.  Practices include Asana, which is the practice of movement with breath, Meditation, which is both a state of mind and a formal practice and Pranayama, which is a way to deepen your breathing and connection to life.


Vedic Astrology is a framework to help you to understand your personality, the way your own mind works, how other people's minds work, the universe- and your place in it.
