Yoga and Ayurveda are based both in science and philosophy and studying these principles can give us a mindset with which to examine our bodies and health. This mindset teaches us to listen to and understand how our body is communicating with us through our emotions and physical sensations. By tuning in to our bodies through practices of asana or meditation, or though changes in diet and lifestyle we begin a journey towards less pain and suffering and deeper mental and emotional mastery.
I offer courses and workshops live at multiple locations in the NE as well as both pre-recorded and live classes online. These courses are to support you to successfully integrate both Yoga and Ayurveda into your life for better physical, mental and emotional well-being.
Healing takes time and requires support. On the paths of Yoga and Ayurveda there are many different practical tools that we can draw upon for this support. In these sessions we will form a plan that suits your specific needs and calendar.
